CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAmeDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NOB1B48 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING NEGATIVE DECLAP~TION FOR <br />REZONING FROM 0 (OFFICE) TO PUD-HIGH DENSITY <br />RESIDENTIAL AND DEVELOP}~1~f PLAN APPROVAL FOR A <br />32-UNIT TOWNHOUSE C~{PLEX ON Ttl SOUTH SIDE OF <br />PALOMINO DRIVE BETWEEN PICO AVENUE AND CONCORD <br />STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of October 13, 1981, the City Council <br />received a proposed negative declaration for rezoning <br />from 0 (Office) to PUD-High Density Residential and <br />development plan approval for a 32-unit townhouse <br />complex to be located on the south side of Palomino <br />Drive between Pico Avenue and Concord Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br />Study dated September 4, 1981 and received the recom- <br />mendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />I~EREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br />public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br />accordance with the applicable state and local guide- <br />lines governing the preparation of negative declarations <br />and environmental impact reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning and <br />development plan approval would not have any significant <br />adverse effects on the environment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the rezoning <br /> from 0 (Office) to PUD-High Density Residential and <br /> for the development plan approval for a 32-unit townhouse <br /> complex to be located on the south side of Palomino Drive <br /> between Pico Avenue and Concord Street. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective iranediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 13, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
