CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASAI~ON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-347 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br />PREZONING AN APPROXIMATELY 83 ACRE PARCEL BOUNDED <br />BY CRELLIN ROAD ON THE SOUTH A~D THE CITY LIMIT <br />LINE ON THE WEST TO TIM P DISTRICT FOR TItE SCHOOL <br />SITE AND PUD-LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT FOR <br />THE RD~INING PROPERTY <br /> <br />at its meeting of October 13, 1981, the City Council <br />received a proposed negative declaration for prezoning <br />five separate parcels totalling approximately 83 acres <br />located on the north side of the extension of Crellin <br />Road iranediately east of the Pleasanton City limit line, <br />which land is involved in Anne}~ation No. 90, to the <br />P District for the school site and PUD-Low Density <br />Residential District for the remaining four parcels; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br />Study dated September 4, 1981 and received the recommen- <br />dations of the staff and Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time <br />public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposed prezoning; and <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br />accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines <br />governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and <br />Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />~REAS, the City Council finds that the proposed prezoning would <br /> not have any significant adverse effects on the environment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: That a Negative Declaration be adopted for the pre- <br /> zoning of an approximately 83 acre site bounded by <br /> Crellin Road on the south and the city limit line on <br /> the West, which land is involved in Annexation No. 90, <br /> to P District for the school site and PUD-Low Density <br /> Residential District for the remaining four parcels. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 13, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE <br /> <br /> <br />
