CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-345 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br />PREZONING AN APPROXIMATELY 57 ACRE PARCEL LOCATED <br />ON THE EAST SIDE OF OAKLAND AVENUE BOUNDED BY <br />TRENERY ROAD ON THE NORTH AND MOHR AVENUE ON THE <br />SOUTH TO PUD-MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of October 13, 1981, the City Council <br />received a proposed negative declaration for prezoning <br />an approximately 57 acre parcel located on the east <br />side of Oakland Avenue bounded by Trenery Road on <br />the north and Mohr Avenue on the south, which land is <br />involved in Annexation No. 87, to PUD-Medium Density <br />Residential District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br />Study dated September 4, 1981 and received the recommen- <br />dations of the staff and Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WttEREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br />public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposed prezoning; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br />accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines <br />governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and <br />Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed prezoning would <br /> not have any significant adverse effects on the environment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: That a Negative Declaration be adopted for the prezoning <br /> of an approximately 57 acre site located on the east side <br /> of Oakland Avenue bounded by Trenery Road on the north <br /> and Mohr Avenue on the south, which land is involved <br /> in Annexation No. 87, to PUD-Medium Density Residential <br /> District. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 13, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
