CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 81-345 RESOLUTION APPROVING NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR PREZONING AN APPROXIMATELY 57 ACRE PARCEL LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF OAKLAND AVENUE BOUNDED BY TRENERY ROAD ON THE NORTH AND MOHR AVENUE ON THE SOUTH TO PUD-MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 13, 1981, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for prezoning an approximately 57 acre parcel located on the east side of Oakland Avenue bounded by Trenery Road on the north and Mohr Avenue on the south, which land is involved in Annexation No. 87, to PUD-Medium Density Residential District; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated September 4, 1981 and received the recommen- dations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WttEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed prezoning; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed prezoning would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: That a Negative Declaration be adopted for the prezoning of an approximately 57 acre site located on the east side of Oakland Avenue bounded by Trenery Road on the north and Mohr Avenue on the south, which land is involved in Annexation No. 87, to PUD-Medium Density Residential District. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 13, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE:
