CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 81-380 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PROGRESS PAYMENT <br />TO BAY AREA SEALERS, INC. FOR THE SLURRY <br />SEALING ON VARIOUS CITY STREETS, PROJECT NO. 81-9 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, work by Bay Area Sealers, Inc. for the Slurry Sealing on <br /> various City streets, Project No. 81-9, has progressed <br /> to the point at which Final Progress Payment is in order. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />That the Finance Office be instructed to prepare a <br />warrant in the amount of $2,967.23 in favor of Bay <br />Area Sealers, Inc., in satisfaction of Final Progress <br />Payment for the work performed on the Slurry Sealing <br />on Various City Streets. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City Clerk is directed to file a Notice of <br /> Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3.
