RESOLUTION NO. 81-368 RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1981-1, PLEASANTON PARK 81-124 The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: Resolution of Intention No. 81-124 for Assessment District No. 1981-1, Pleasanton Park, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, adopted by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on April 28, 1981, and amended by Resolution No. 81-275 on August 25, 1981, is further amended by deleting the following paragraph: The amount of any surplus remaining in the improvement fund after completion of the improvement and payment of all claims shall be transferred to the general fund if the surplus does not exceed the lesser of one thousand dollars ($1000) or five percent (5%) of the total amount expended from the fund. Otherwise the entire surplus shall be applied as a credit on the assessment as provided in Section 10427.1 of the Streets and Highways Code. and substituting therefor the following: The amount of any surplus remaining in the improvement fund after completion of the improvement and payment of all claims shall be placed in a special maintenance fund in an amount not to exceed,S27,000, and the balance, if any, will be made a credit on the assessment as provided in Section 10427.1 of the Streets and Highways Code. I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 27th day of October, 1981, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer NOES: Councilmembers None ABSENT: Counci lmembers None JAMES R.
