CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 81-367 RESOLUTION APPROVING NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR A REZONING OF A 9 ACRE SITE ON TItE WEST SIDE OF FOOTHILL ROAD, NORTH OF HIGHLAND OAKS DRIVE IN THE VICINITY OF 5050 AND 5100 FOOTHILL ROAD FROM A (AGRICULTURE) TO PUD-LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT I~IEREAS, at its meeting of October 27, 1981, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for rezoning a 9 acre site on the west side of Foothill Road, north of Highland Oaks Drive in the vicinity of 5050 and 5100 Foothill Road from A (Agriculture) to PUD-Low Density Residential District; and the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated October 2, 1981 and received the recom- mendations of the staff and Planning Commission for approval; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the proposed environmental assessment; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning would not have any significant adverse effects on the environ- ment. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASA~ON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: That a Negative Declaration be adopted for the rezoning of a nine (9) acre site on the west side of Foothill Road, north of Highland Oaks Drive in the vicinity of 5050 and 5100 Foothill Road from A (Agri- culture) to PUD-Low Density Residential District. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 27, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE:
