CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />AIJ_MEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-365 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING EXTENSION OF VALLEY VOLUntEER <br />BUREAU LEASE OF POLICE TRAINING BUILDING UNTIL <br />JUNE 30, 1983 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Valley Volunteer Bureau has leased the city's <br />police training building at 519 Kottinger Avenue <br />for $1.00 per year since 1977; and <br /> <br />that lease is not due to expire until December 31, 1982, <br />however, the Volunteer Bureau needs confirmation that <br />their lease will continue until June 30, 1983 for the <br />purpose of preparation of their 1982 United Way budget; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there are no changes to the previous lease arrangement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section l: Approves the extension of the Valley Volunteer Bureau <br /> lease of the police training building at 519 Kottinger <br /> Avenue to June 30, 1983. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 28, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None ~ <br />~a~m .
