CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-364 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF FINAL MAP AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS FOR <br />TRACT 4788, PLEASANTON PARK, REYNOLDS & BROWN <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />a final subdivision map and improvement plan for <br />Tract 4788, Pleasanton Park, Reynolds & Brown, have <br />been submitted and checked by the Engineering staff <br />and the necessary inspection fees, bonds and agreements <br />received by the Director of Public Works and Utilities; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said map and improvement plans were reviewed by the <br /> City Council at its meeting of October 27, 1981. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The final subdivision map and improvement plans for <br /> Tract 4788, Pleasanton Park, Reynolds & Brown, are <br /> hereby approved and accepted and the appropriate city <br /> officers are instructed to take whatever action necessary <br /> to implement said approval. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> 'upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 27, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None ~~,~,~ <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> MAYOR <br /> TEST: <br />~ e~:lerk <br /> George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />~vin~, City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
