CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 81-363 ACCEPTANCE OF QUITCLAIM DEED FOR SUBTERRANEAN WATER AND QUITCLAIM OF CITY RIGHTS OF SURFACE ENTRY FOR TRACT 4827 AND TRACT 4671, RWC, A CALIFORNIA CORPORA- TION dba WOODHILL DEVELOPMENT COMPANY the City is in receipt of a Corporation Quitclaim Deed from RWC CALIFORNIA COMPANY, a California corporation dba WOODHILL DEVELOPMENT COMPANY to the City of Pleasanton for subterranean waters, without rights of surface entry, which is given in exchange for a Quitclaim Deed from the City of Pleasanton to RWC California Corporation, a California corporation, dba Woodhill Development Company for surface entry rights and easements, if any, related to the extraction of water; and at their meeting of October 27, 1981, the City Council received a report from the Director of Public Works and Utilities indicating that the exchange of these deeds is in the public interest. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Authorizes quitclaim of surface entry rights, and easements, if any, related to the extraction of water in Tract 4827 and Tract 4671. Section 2: Accepts a quitclaim deed from RWC California Corporation, a California corporation dba Woodhill Development Company for subterranean waters, without rights of surface entry for Tract 4827 and Tract 4671 and the appropriate city officers are instructed to take whatever action necessary to implement said acceptance. Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
