CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUntY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-362 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING POLICE ENFORCEMENT OF CERTAIN <br />TRAFFIC REGULATIONS ON PRIVATE PROPERTY <br /> <br />WItEREAS, <br /> <br />at the July 22, 1981 Staff Traffic Cormnittee meeting, <br />a request was received to study the need for designated <br />fire lanes at the Main Street/Stanley Boulevard shopping <br />center; and <br /> <br />each of the owners of the shopping center were contacted <br />regarding the Traffic Committee proposal to determine <br />if there was any opposition to the fire lanes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, no opposition was indicated. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASA~ON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The following sections of the California Vehicle <br /> Code shall be enforced in parking facilities for 915, <br /> 927 and 929 Main Street: <br /> <br />a. Illegally Parked Vehicles - Posted Fire Lanes <br /> (designated by Pleasanton Fire Department) <br />b. Unauthorized Vehicles Parked in Spaces Specifically <br /> Posted for Disabled Persons (§§22511.7 and 22511.8 <br /> (CVC) <br /> c. Basic Speed Law (§22350 CVC) <br /> d.
