RESOLUTION NO. 81-398 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING SECOND AMENDED ENGINEER'S REPORT <br /> <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1981-1, <br /> PLEASANTON PARK <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br /> <br /> The Engineer of Work has submitted a Second Amended Engineer's <br />Report adjusting the cost of land acquisition based on a recent <br />appraisal and providing for the cost of soils engineering previously <br /> <br />omitted from the the cost estimate. <br />Report is hereby approved. <br /> <br /> The Director of Public Works <br /> <br />The Second Amended Engineer's <br /> <br />is hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br />to modify the total assessment and the amounts of assessment for each <br />parcel of assessed land in accordance with the Second Amended Engineer's <br /> <br />Report. <br /> <br /> As a result of these changes, each assessment is reduced in <br />amount. This approval is, therefore, made without notice or hearing <br />in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 4.5 of the MUnicipal <br />Improvement Act of 1913. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and <br />regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, Alameda <br />County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 24th day <br />of November, 1981. <br /> Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Councilmembers <br /> <br />Councilmembers None <br /> <br />Councilmembers None <br /> <br />JAMES R.
