CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUntY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 81-382 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, TRACT <br />PLEASANTONMEADOWS TOWNHOUSES UNIT I <br /> <br />3297, <br /> <br />the construction of the public improvements for Tract <br />3297, Pleasanton Meadows Townhouses Unit I,has been <br />completed and a maintenance bond has been posted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />acceptance of said public improvements has been recom- <br />mended by the Director of Public Works and Utilities <br />in his report to the City Council dated November 4, 1981. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: That the public improvements installed in Tract <br /> 3297, Pleasanton Meadows Townhouses Unit I, are hereby <br /> accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Attorney's office is directed to file a <br /> Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON NOVEMBER 10, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />ABSENT: None r, Kep~h.r/RC~R .~ <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: NHETH R. <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />H/~'ev~ine~Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
