CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-420 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING ~GATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br />PREZONING AN APPROXIMATELY 23 ACRE PARCEL <br />LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE ARROYO MOCHO <br />IMMEDIATELY EASTERLY OF AND ADJACENT TO THE <br />PRESENT CITY LIMIT LINE APPROXIMATELY 2,000 <br />FEET WEST OF EL CHARRO ROAD TO THE A (AGRICULTURE) <br />DISTRICT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of December 8, 1981, the City Council <br />received a proposed negative declaration for prezoning <br />an approximately 23 acre parcel located on the north <br />side of the Arroyo Mocho in~nediately easterly of <br />and adjacent to the present city limit line approximately <br />2,000 feet west of E1 Charro Road to the A (Agriculture) <br />District; and <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br />Study dated September 4, 1981 and received the <br />recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission <br />for approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br />public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposed prezoning; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br />accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines <br />governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and <br />Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREA S, <br /> <br />the City Council finds that the proposed prezoning would <br />not have any significant adverse effects on the environ- <br />ment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: That a Negative Declaration be adopted for the <br /> prezoning of an approximately 23 acre parcel located <br /> on the north side of the Arroyo Mocho immediately <br /> easterly of and adjacent to the City limit line and <br /> approximately 2,000 feet west of E1 Charro Road, <br /> which land is involved in Annexation No. 83, to the <br /> "A" (Agriculture) District. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
