CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 81-420 RESOLUTION APPROVING ~GATIVE DECLARATION FOR PREZONING AN APPROXIMATELY 23 ACRE PARCEL LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE ARROYO MOCHO IMMEDIATELY EASTERLY OF AND ADJACENT TO THE PRESENT CITY LIMIT LINE APPROXIMATELY 2,000 FEET WEST OF EL CHARRO ROAD TO THE A (AGRICULTURE) DISTRICT WHEREAS, at its meeting of December 8, 1981, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for prezoning an approximately 23 acre parcel located on the north side of the Arroyo Mocho in~nediately easterly of and adjacent to the present city limit line approximately 2,000 feet west of E1 Charro Road to the A (Agriculture) District; and the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated September 4, 1981 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission for approval; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed prezoning; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREA S, the City Council finds that the proposed prezoning would not have any significant adverse effects on the environ- ment. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: That a Negative Declaration be adopted for the prezoning of an approximately 23 acre parcel located on the north side of the Arroyo Mocho immediately easterly of and adjacent to the City limit line and approximately 2,000 feet west of E1 Charro Road, which land is involved in Annexation No. 83, to the "A" (Agriculture) District. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
