CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFOiNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-419 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT DEED FOR PUBLIC STREET <br />FROM VORELCO OF CALIFORNIA, INC., PARCEL <br />MAP 2566 <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />the City is in receipt of a Corporation Grant Deed <br />from Vorelco of California, Inc. to the City of <br />Pleasanton for Johnson Drive for public street <br />purposes as shown on Parcel Map 2566; and <br /> <br />at its meeting of December 8, 1981, the City Council <br />received a report from the Director of Public Works <br />and Utilities indicating that the acceptance of this <br />deed is in the public interest. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The Corporation Grant Deed from Vorelco of California, <br /> Inc. to the City of Pleasanton for Johnson Drive, shown <br /> on Parcel Map 2566, for public street purposes, is hereby <br /> accepted and the appropriate City officers are instructed <br /> to take whatever action necessary to implement said <br /> acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED DECEMBER 8, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers -Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> ME MAYOR <br /> <br />[James R.
