CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-418 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT FROM <br />DEWITT C. AND SHIRLEY R. WILSON (PARCEL Map 3529) <br /> <br />W~{EREAS, <br /> <br />the City is in receipt of a Grant Deed from DeWitt <br />C. and Shirley R. Wilson to the City of Pleasanton <br />for a public service easement required in conjunction <br />with a minor subdivision of property located on the <br />southeast corner of Bernal Avenue and Foothill Road; <br />and <br /> <br />~REAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of December 8, 1981, the City Council <br />received a report from the Director of Public Works <br />and Utilities indicating that the acceptance of this <br />deed is in the public interest. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The Grant Deed from DeWitt Co and Shirley Ro Wilson <br /> for a public service easement in conjunction with a <br /> minor subdivision of property located on the southeast <br /> corner of Bernal Avenue and Foothill Road is hereby <br /> accepted and the appropriate City officers are instructed <br /> to take whatever action necessary to implement said <br /> acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED DECEMBER 8, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Mercer ~~. ~ <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> mes R.
