CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-417 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF REPLASTERING OF THE DEEP WATER <br />POOL AT THE AQUATIC CENTER, PROJECT NO. 81-15, <br />AND APPROVAL OF FINAL PROGRESS PAYMENT TO PRECISION <br />POOL PLASTERING COMPANY, INC. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />work by Precision Pool Plastering Company, Inc. on <br />replastering the deep water pool at the Aquatic Center, <br />Project No. 81-15, has been satisfactorily completed; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is appropriate to authorize the final progress payment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The work on replastering the deep water pool at the <br /> Aquatic Center is hereby accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Director of Finance is instructed to prepare a <br /> warrant in the amount of $9,468.00 in favor of Precision <br /> Pool Plastering Company, Inc. in satisfaction of the <br /> final progress payment for the above-accepted work on <br /> Project No. 81-15. Ten percent (10%) of the total <br /> contract ($1,052.00) will be retained until thirty <br /> (30) days after filing of the Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3: The City Attorney is directed to file a Notice of <br /> Completion with the Alameda County Recorder. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED DECEMBER 8, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Mercer ~:E~~J <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> TEST: <br /> <br /> ~er, erk <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> <br />
