CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-415 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO. 20 <br /> TO LOCAL AGENCY-STATE AGREEMENT NO. 04-5101 <br /> FOR FEDERAL AID IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton entered into a master agreement for <br />the Federal-Aid Program with the State of California on <br />September 23, 1977 pursuant to the Federal Highway Safety <br />Act; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, at its meeting of December 8, 1981, <br />received a report dated November 30, 1981 from the Public <br />Works Director together with attachments for approval of <br />Program Supplement No. 20. for F.A.U. funding of W. Las <br />Positas Boulevard right-of-way. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Authorizes the execution by the Mayor subject to <br /> approval by the City Attorney of Supplement No. 20 to <br /> Local Agency-State Agreement No. 04-5101 for Federal <br /> Aid Improvements under the Federal Highway Safety Act. <br /> <br />Section 2.
