CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-414 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING REVISED PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT <br />NO. 17 TO LOCAL AGENCY-STATE AGREEMENT NO. 04-5101 <br />FOR FEDERAL AID IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton entered into a master agreement <br />for the Federal-Aid Program with the State of California <br />on September 23, 1977 pursuant to the Federal Highway <br />Safety Act; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, at its meeting of December 8, 1981, <br />received a report dated November 25, 1981 from the <br />Director of Public Works and Utilities together with <br />attachments for approval of Revised Program Supplement <br />No. 17 for the St. Marys - W.P.R.R. Grade Crossing Project. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Authorizes the execution by the Mayor, subject to <br /> approval by the City Attorney, of Revised Program <br /> Supplement No. 17 to Local Agency-State Agreement <br /> No. 04-5101 for Federal Aid Improvements under the <br /> Federal Highway Safety Act. <br /> <br />Section 2.
