CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-413 <br /> <br />APPROVING CLAIMS FOR THE MONTH OF OCTOBER, <br />1981 IN THE AMOUNT OF $816,709.71 <br /> <br />at the City Council meeting of December 8, 1981, a <br />check register and Financial Report were presented <br />to the City Council signifying expenditures for the <br />month of October, 1981; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the claims contained therein were for approved functions <br />of the City of Pleasanton which are necessary and proper <br />expenses of the City. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Claims represented by Checks Nos. 034077-034483, <br /> 1016-1017 and 346 dated from October 9, 1981 to <br /> October 30, 1981, in the total amount of $816,709.71 <br /> are hereby approved. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Financial Report dated October 31, 1981 has <br /> been reviewed and approved by the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED DECEMBER 8, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None ~C/E~~ <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> aiker lerk <br /> t <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />H~rvey E.l~evine, City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
