WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WtlEREAS, CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFOP~IA RESOLUTION NO. 81-410 A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-79 (ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS FOR CITY STREETS) BY A~{NDING SECTION 13 (BUS STOPS) BY ADDING SUBSECTIONS 13s-ll THROUGH 13s-16 REGARDING BUS STOPS ON STONERIDGE DRIVE on April 12, 1976, the City Council, adopted Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for City Streets); and the City Council has from time to time amended this resolution; and at its meeting of November 24, 1981, the City Council received and discussed a report dated November 19, 1981 from the Director of Public Works and Utilities related to the rerouting of the BART Commuter Bus Route and proposed bus stops on Stoneridge Drive; and WHEREAS, it was determined to be necessary to amend Resolution No. 76-79 to add bus stops at the below listed points on Stoneridge Drive; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for City Streets) is hereby amended by adding subsections 13s-ll through 13s-16 as follows: "13s-ll On the northerly side of Stoneridge Drive from 240 feet westerly of the ~esterly curb return from Denker Drive to 300 feet westerly of that return. 13s-12 On the southerly side of Stoneridge Drive from the westerly curb return from Denker Drive to 60 feet westerly of that return. 13s-13 On the northerly side of Stoneridge Drive from 34 feet westerly of the westerly curb return from Springdale Avenue to 94 feet westerly of that return.
