CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 81-439 RESOLUTION APPROVING COOPERATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PLEASANTON HOUSING AUTHORITY AND THE CITY OF PLEASANTON WHEREAS, the Pleasanton Housing Authority is interested in constructing 100 units of low-cost housing and is making application for federal funds to construct those units; and WHEREAS, the Department of Housing and Urban Development requires that the Housing Authority and the City enter into a Cooperation Agreement; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 6066 of the Government Code of the State of California a public hearing notice was published and on December 22, 1981, a public hearing was held at which time members of the community were given an opportunity to comment on the proposed Cooperation Agreement; and WHEREAS, the City Council received and reviewed the report of the City Attorney dated December 17, 1981 which outlined in detail the proposed Cooperation Agreement. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEAS~ITON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The City Council of the City of Pleasanton approves the Cooperation Agreement between the Pleasanton Housing Authority and the City of Pleasanton, a copy of which is attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof. Section 2: Authorizes the appropriate city officials to execute the Cooperation Agreement. Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
