CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-438 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF ~TUAL <br />LAND COMPANY FOR A GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT TO <br />CHANGE THE LAND USE DESIGNATION OF AN APPROXIMATELY <br />9.4 ACRE SITE LOCATED AT THE TERMINUS OF CRELLIN <br />ROAD FROM OPEN SPACE (PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY) TO <br />LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />at its meeting of December 22, 1981, the City <br />CoUncil received an application from Mutual Land <br />Company for aGeneral'Plan am~endment to change the <br />land use designation of an approxiately 9.4 acre <br />site located at the terminus of Crellin Road from <br />Open Space (Public Health and Safety) to Low <br />Density Residential; and <br /> <br />the City Council considered.~ Irepo~t dated December 16, <br />1981 from the Director of yl~6ning ~nd Community <br />Development regarding the proposed General Plan <br />amendments. and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council determined that a Negative Declaration <br />was appropriate for the proposed General Plan <br />amendment and adopted Resolution No. 81-437 approving <br />the Negative Declaration; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council held a public hearing with respect <br />to the General Plan amendment at which time any <br />member of the public was offered the opportunity <br />to address the City Council on said amendment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />after the close of the public hearing the City <br />Council deliberated upon the proposed amendment, <br />considering the information set forth in the <br />report of the Director of Planning and attachments <br />thereto, as well as the information contained in <br />the Initial Study leading to the Negative Declaration <br />for said project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: The City Council approves the application of <br /> Mutual Land Company for a General Plan amendment <br /> to change the land use designation of an approximately <br /> 9.4 acre site located at the terminus of Crellin <br /> Road from Open Space (Public Health and Safety) to <br /> Low Density Residential, subject to the following <br /> condition: <br /> <br /> <br />
