CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 81-438 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF ~TUAL LAND COMPANY FOR A GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT TO CHANGE THE LAND USE DESIGNATION OF AN APPROXIMATELY 9.4 ACRE SITE LOCATED AT THE TERMINUS OF CRELLIN ROAD FROM OPEN SPACE (PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY) TO LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL WHEREAS , WHEREAS , at its meeting of December 22, 1981, the City CoUncil received an application from Mutual Land Company for aGeneral'Plan am~endment to change the land use designation of an approxiately 9.4 acre site located at the terminus of Crellin Road from Open Space (Public Health and Safety) to Low Density Residential; and the City Council considered.~ Irepo~t dated December 16, 1981 from the Director of yl~6ning ~nd Community Development regarding the proposed General Plan amendments. and WHEREAS, the City Council determined that a Negative Declaration was appropriate for the proposed General Plan amendment and adopted Resolution No. 81-437 approving the Negative Declaration; and WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing with respect to the General Plan amendment at which time any member of the public was offered the opportunity to address the City Council on said amendment; and WHEREAS, after the close of the public hearing the City Council deliberated upon the proposed amendment, considering the information set forth in the report of the Director of Planning and attachments thereto, as well as the information contained in the Initial Study leading to the Negative Declaration for said project; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The City Council approves the application of Mutual Land Company for a General Plan amendment to change the land use designation of an approximately 9.4 acre site located at the terminus of Crellin Road from Open Space (Public Health and Safety) to Low Density Residential, subject to the following condition:
