CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 81-436 RESOLUTION APPROVING NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR PLA~ED UNIT DEVELOPMENT ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL PROJECT ON APPROXIMATELY 21 ACRES LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF RHEEM DRIVE A~D OAKLAND AVENUE WHEREAS, at its meeting of December 22, 1981, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for PUD zoning and development plan approval for a medium density residential project consisting of 113 single- family homes and 83 townhouses on an approximately 21 acre site located at the northwest corner of Rheem Drive and Oakland Avenue; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated November 6, 1981 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of negative declarations and environmental impact reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed PUD zoning and development plan approval would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the PUD zoning and development plan approval for a medium density residential project consisting of 113 single-family homes and 83 townhouses on an approximately 21 acre site located at the northwest corner of Rheem Drive and Oakland Avenue. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
