CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASA~ON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 81-422 RESOLUTION APPROVING NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR REZONING AN APPROXImaTELY 73 ACRE SITE LOCATED BETWEEN STANLEY BOULEVARD ON THE NORTH AND THE ARROYO DEL VALLE ON THE SOUTH FROM THE INTER- SECTION OF STANLEY BOULEVARD AND CALIFORNIA STREET TO A POINT APPROXIMATELY 2000 FT. EAST OF THAT INTERSECTION FROM C-S (COMMERCIAL SERVICE) TO THE PUD-COMFiERCIAL DISTRICT at its meeting of December 8, 1981, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for rezoning an approximately 73 acre site located between Stanley Boulevard on the north and the Arroyo Del Valle on the south from the intersection of Stanley Boulevard and California Street to a point approximately 2000 feet east of that intersection from C-S (Commercial Service) to the PUD-Commercial District; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated November 2, 1981 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission for approval; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed rezoning; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning would not have any significant adverse effects on the environ- ment. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: That a Negative Declaration be adopted for the rezoning of an approximately 73 acre site located between Stanley Boulevard on the north and the Arroyo Del Valle on the south from the intersection of Stanley Boulevard and California Street to a point approximately 2000 feet east of that intersection from C-S (Commercial Service) to the PUD-Commercial District.
