CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASA~ON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-422 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br />REZONING AN APPROXImaTELY 73 ACRE SITE LOCATED <br />BETWEEN STANLEY BOULEVARD ON THE NORTH AND THE <br />ARROYO DEL VALLE ON THE SOUTH FROM THE INTER- <br />SECTION OF STANLEY BOULEVARD AND CALIFORNIA <br />STREET TO A POINT APPROXIMATELY 2000 FT. EAST <br />OF THAT INTERSECTION FROM C-S (COMMERCIAL SERVICE) <br />TO THE PUD-COMFiERCIAL DISTRICT <br /> <br />at its meeting of December 8, 1981, the City Council <br />received a proposed negative declaration for rezoning <br />an approximately 73 acre site located between Stanley <br />Boulevard on the north and the Arroyo Del Valle on <br />the south from the intersection of Stanley Boulevard <br />and California Street to a point approximately 2000 <br />feet east of that intersection from C-S (Commercial <br />Service) to the PUD-Commercial District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br />Study dated November 2, 1981 and received the <br />recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission <br />for approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time <br />the public was given the opportunity to comment on <br />the environmental impacts of the proposed rezoning; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br />accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines <br />governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and <br />Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning would <br />not have any significant adverse effects on the environ- <br />ment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: That a Negative Declaration be adopted for the <br /> rezoning of an approximately 73 acre site located <br /> between Stanley Boulevard on the north and the Arroyo <br /> Del Valle on the south from the intersection of Stanley <br /> Boulevard and California Street to a point approximately <br /> 2000 feet east of that intersection from C-S (Commercial <br /> Service) to the PUD-Commercial District. <br /> <br /> <br />
