CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 81-421 RESOLUTION APPROVING NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR PREZONING AN APPROXIMATELY 35 ACRE SITE CONSISTING OF SEVEN PARCELS LOCATED IMMEDIATELY NORTHWEST OF THE INTERSECTION OF MOHR AVENUE AND MARTIN AVENUE TO THE R-I-20,000 DISTRICT WHEREAS, at its meeting of December 8, 1981, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for prezoning an approximately 35 acre site consisting of seven parcels located immediately northwest of the intersection of Mohr Avenue and Martin Avenue, which land is involved in Annexation No. 91, to the R-i-20,000 District; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated September 4, 1981 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission for approval; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impants of the proposed prezoning; and the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guide- lines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed prezoning would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: That a Negative Declaration be adopted for the prezoning of an approximately 35 acre site consisting of seven parcels located immediately northwest of the intersection of Mohr Avenue and Martin Avenue, which land is involved in Annexation No. 91, to the R-I-20,000 District. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
