CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-421 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br />PREZONING AN APPROXIMATELY 35 ACRE SITE CONSISTING <br />OF SEVEN PARCELS LOCATED IMMEDIATELY NORTHWEST OF <br />THE INTERSECTION OF MOHR AVENUE AND MARTIN AVENUE <br />TO THE R-I-20,000 DISTRICT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of December 8, 1981, the City Council <br />received a proposed negative declaration for prezoning <br />an approximately 35 acre site consisting of seven <br />parcels located immediately northwest of the intersection <br />of Mohr Avenue and Martin Avenue, which land is involved <br />in Annexation No. 91, to the R-i-20,000 District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br />Study dated September 4, 1981 and received the <br />recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission <br />for approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time <br />the public was given the opportunity to comment on <br />the environmental impants of the proposed prezoning; <br />and <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br />accordance with the applicable state and local guide- <br />lines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations <br />and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council finds that the proposed prezoning <br />would not have any significant adverse effects on the <br />environment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: That a Negative Declaration be adopted for the <br /> prezoning of an approximately 35 acre site consisting <br /> of seven parcels located immediately northwest of the <br /> intersection of Mohr Avenue and Martin Avenue, which <br /> land is involved in Annexation No. 91, to the R-I-20,000 <br /> District. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
