Date 12/15/81 <br /> <br />All that certain real property situated in the Township of <br />Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of California, described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the intersection of the general northerly boundary <br />line of that certain territory, commonly known as Annexation <br /> <br />No. 27, annexed to the City of Pleasanton by the Pleasanton City <br />CounCil Ordinance No. 362, a map of which territory was filed <br /> <br />July 8, 1963, in Map Book 43 at Page 10-A, Records of Alameda <br />County, California, with the general easterly boundary line of <br />that certain territory commonly known as Annexation No. 81, annexed <br />to the City of Pleasanton by the Pleasanton City Council Reso- <br />lution No. 81-194, a map Of which territory was filed August 5, <br />1981, in Map Book 124 at Page 18, Records of Alameda County, <br />California, said point of beginning 5eing also a point on the <br />southerly right-of-way line of County Road No. 2065, commonly <br />known as Vineyard Avenue, 50 feet in width; thence northerly <br /> <br />along said general easterly boundary line to an intersection <br /> <br />thereof with the general northerly line of the land described <br />in that Grant Deed to Theodore A. Bates and Bernita R. Bates, <br />his wife, as joint tenants, recorded October 13, 1961, in Reel <br />429 of Official Records, Image 172 (AS-126673), Records of <br /> <br /> <br />
