CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 82-10 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR PREZONING AN APPROXIMATELY 250 ACRE PARCEL AT THE EASTERN TERMINUS OF JFNIPERO STREET TO THE PUD-LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL/OPEN SPACE DISTRICT WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 12, 1982, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for prezoning an approximately 250 acre site consisting of two parcels located at the eastern terminus of Junipero Street, which land is involved in Annexation No. 96, to the PUD-Low DenSli~ReSidential/Open Space District; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated December 4, 1981 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed project; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of negative declarations and environmental impact reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed prezoning would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the prezoning of an approximately 250 acre site consisting of two parcels located at the eastern terminus of Junipero Street, which land is involved in Annexation No. 96, to the PUD-Low Density Residential/Open Space District. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 12, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Mercer NOES: None
