CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA · .. RESOLUTION NO. 82-9 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR PREZONING AN APPROXIMATELY 14.5 ACRE PARCEL IN THE VICINITY OF 2820 VINEYARD AVENUE TO THE PUD-RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 12, 1982, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for prezoning an approximately 14.5 acre parcel consisting of two parcels in the vicinity of 2820 Vineyard Avenue, which land is involved in Annexation No. 97, to the PUD-Residential District; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated December 2, 1982 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed project; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of negative declarations and environmental impact reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed prezoning would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the prezoning of an approximately 14.5 acre site consisting of two parcels in the vicinity of 2820 Vineyard Avenue, which land is involved in Annexation No. 97, to the PUD- Residential District. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
