CO}~PLEX ON A 91.5 ACRE SITE BOUNDED <br />BY STONERIDGE DRIVE, STONERIDGE MALL ROAD, 1-580 <br />AND 1-680 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of January 12, 1982, the City <br />Council received a proposed mitigated negative <br />declaration for rezoning from High Density Residential <br />and Open Space to Planned Unit Development-Commercial <br />and Offices, High Density Residential and Open Space <br />District and for deveIopment plan approval for an <br />office, commercial and multi-family residential complex <br />on a 91.5 acre site bounded by Stoneridge Drive, <br />Stoneridge Mall Road, 1-580 and 1-680; and <br /> <br />the City Council has received'and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated October'26~.1981 and received <br />the recom~lendations'of 'the staff and Planning <br />Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which <br />time the public was giveD the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed <br />development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts <br />in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of mitigated <br />negative declarations and environmental impact <br />reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Initial Study prepared by the City staff <br />indicated that there may be significant impacts <br />upon the environment, but that conditions of <br />approval would render these potential impacts <br />insignificant. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: Approves a Mitigated Negative Declaration for <br /> rezoning from High Density Residential and Open Space <br /> to Planned Unit Development-Commercial and Offices, <br /> High Density Residential and Open Space District and <br /> for development plan approval for an office, commercial <br /> <br /> <br />
