CITY COUNCIL OF T[iE CITY OF PLEASAi~,TON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION N0.82-7 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOE <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT <br />PLAN APPROVAL FOR AN APPROXIMATELY 64 UNIT HIGH <br />'DENSITY RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX ON A 4.7 ACRE SITE <br />LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF VINEYARD AVENUE <br />OPPOSITE AMADOR COURT AND REZONING THE SITE FROM <br />RM-4000 TO PUD-HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of January 12, 1982, the City <br />Council received a proposed negative declaration <br />for PUD zoning and development plan approval for <br />an approximately 64 unit high density residential <br />complex on a 4.7 acre site locsted on the north side <br />of Vineyard Avenue opposite Amador Court; and <br /> <br />W}IEREAS , <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated December 2, 1981 and received <br />the recommendations of the staff and Planning <br />Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which <br />time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed <br />development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts <br />in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of negative <br />declarations and environmental impact reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council finds that the proposed PUD <br />zoning and development plan approval would not <br />have any significant adverse effects on the environment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Approves the Negative Declaration for the PUD <br />zoning and development plan approval for an approximately <br />64 unit high density residential complex on a 4.7 acre <br />site located on the north side of Vineyard Avenue <br />opposite Amador Court and rezoning the site from <br />RM-4000 to PUD-High Density Residential. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
