CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-5 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, TRACT 4239, <br />TWELVE OAKS, UNIT 1 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the construction of the public improvements for <br />Tract 4239, Twelve Oaks, Unit 1, has been completed <br />and a maintenance bond has been posted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />acceptance of said public improvements has been <br />recommended by the Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities in his report to the City Council dated <br />January 6, 1982. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: That the public improvements installed in Tract <br /> 4239, Twelve Oaks, Unit 1, are accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Attorney's office is directed to file a <br /> Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 12, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None ~~ ~ <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None . <br />TTEST: <br /> <br /> W~lker, Cit <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> ~ng, ~ity Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
