Construct curb, gutter, and pavement on the south <br />side of Mohr Avenue from Santa Rita Road easterly <br />to Koltn Street. <br /> <br />Extend the acceleration and deceleration lanes on <br />Santa Rita Road north from Morganfield Road and <br />south from Mohr Avenue. Greater priority to be <br />given to extending the deceleration lane south <br />from Mohr Avenue. <br /> <br />Upgrade Center Park improvements over standard PUD <br />requirements by the addition of a pre-school area, <br />including benches, tables, etc. <br /> <br />Renew landscape improvements on the north side of <br />Morganfield, including tree and shrub replacement <br />sprinkler repair.
