CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-4 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR CAPITAL IMPROVE- <br />MENTS WITH MORRISON HOMES CORPORATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Morrison Homes Corporation is obligated to the <br />City to expend $100,000 for in-kind capital improvements <br />as a condition of approval by the City of its 46 <br />unit "Black Avenue CondominiumProject"; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of January 12, 1982, the City <br />Council reviewed a draft agreement which includes <br />an exhibit listing the proposed projects for <br />capital improvement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, 'it is to the benefit of the City of Pleasanton to <br /> approve this agreement and authorize execution <br /> thereof. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: Approves the Agreement for Capital Improvements <br /> between the City of Pleasanton and Morrison Homes, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the appropriate City officials to <br /> execute the agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 12, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and <br />Mayor Mercer <br /> <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> orn, ey <br /> <br /> <br />
