CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 82-1 <br /> <br />APPROVING CLAIMS FOR THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER, 1981 <br />IN THE AMOUNT OF $810,460.25 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at the City Council meeting of January 12, 1982, a <br />check register and Financial Report were presented <br />to the City Council signifying expenditures for <br />the month of November, 1981; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the claims contained therein were for approved <br />functions of the City of Pleasanton which are <br />necessary and proper expenses of the City. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Claims represented by Checks Noso 034484-034816 <br /> and 347 dated from November 6, 1981 through November 30, <br /> 1981, in the total amount of §810,460.25 are <br /> hereby approved. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Financial Report dated November 30, 1981, has <br /> been reviewed and approved by the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall be effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 12, 1982, BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: Non e ~/R~i ~ <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />James R. ker, City rk <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />~5~, City A~'~ttorney <br /> <br /> <br />
