CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO.82-38 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PROJECTS TO BE FUNDED UNDER <br />THE FEDERAL AID URBAN SYSTEM IN THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />by Resolution No. 75-33, adopted on February 24, 1975, the <br />City Council approved the Federal Aid Urban System and the <br />urban boundaries depicted on the maps attached as Exhibit <br />"A" to said resolution; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works and Utilities recommended <br />a revised list of projects to be completed in Pleasanton's <br />five year Federal Aid Urban System Program funded under <br />the provisions of Section 142 of Title 23, United States <br />Code, and the City Council approved said list by Resolution <br />No. 80-10; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County of Alameda has requested the current City <br /> Council reaffirm this same list. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the following allocation of the City of <br /> Pleasanton's Federal Aid Urban System funds: <br /> <br /> 1. FY 82-83 West Las Positas Overcrossing <br /> 2. FY 83-84 West Las Positas Overcrossing <br /> 3. FY 84-85 West Las Positas Overcrossing <br /> 4. FY 85-86 West Las Positas Overcrossing <br /> 5. FY 86-87 Intersection of Foothill and <br /> West Las Positas <br /> <br />Section 2.
