CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAJ.~DA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-31 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING BRIAN W. SWIFT AS ACTING <br />CITY ATTORNEY COMMENCING FEBRUARY 15, 1982 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Attorney, ttarvey E. Levine, has taken <br />a position with the City of San Jose and will <br />be leaving the office of City Attorney of Pleasanton <br />effective February 12, 1982; and <br /> <br />~]tEREAS, <br /> <br />until a decision is made on the appointment of <br />a new City Attorney, it is necessary that the <br />City have qualified legal counsel; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />Brian Swift has been the Assistant City Attorney <br />and is fully qualified to advise the City Council <br />and staff on legal matters; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, TIiE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Brian W.
