CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 82-28 <br />RESOLUTIOII APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br />GENERAL PLAN AP~NDMENTS (GP-81-10) <br />WIIEREAS, at its meeting of January 26, 1982, the City <br />Council received a proposed negative declaration <br />for amendments to the Growth P?anagement Element of <br />the General Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has <br />Initial Study dated <br />the recommendations <br />Commission; and <br />received and reviewed the <br />January 5, 1982 and received <br />of the staff and Planning <br />WPIEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which <br />time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the <br />proposed amendment to the Growth T?anagement Element <br />of the General Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts <br />in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact P.eports; and <br />WIIEP.EAS, the City Council finds that the proposed amendment <br />to the Growth P4anagement Element of the General <br />Plan would not have any significant adverse effects <br />on the environment; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLL047S <br />Section 1: Approves the Tegative Declaration for the amendment <br />to the Growth P4anagement Element of the General <br />Plan (GP-81-10). <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />THIS RESOLUTIONd ADOPTED JANUARY 26, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, P4ohr, Wood and hayor T?ercer <br />NOES : Pdone <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Kephart <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ATTEST: <br />~~ /~~ ` ~~ NETH R.
