CITY COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />AL~J4EDA COUNTY, CALIFO~]IA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 82-27 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING NEGATIVE DECLARATION FCR <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT ZONING AND DEVELOFMENT <br />PLAN APFROVAL FOR A 250 UNIT DWELLING PROJECT <br />ON AN APPROXIb~TELY 29 ACPI SITE LOCATED ON THE <br />NORTti SIDE OF VINEYAP~ AVENUE OPPOSITE SAUTERNE <br />WAY <br /> <br />~IEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of January 26, 1982, the City <br />Council received a proposed negative declaration <br />for PUD zoning and development plan approval for <br />a 250 unit dwelling project on an approximately <br />29 acre site located on the north side of Vineyard <br />Avenue opposite Sauterne Way; and <br /> <br />WIIEREAS , <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated December 11, 1981 and received <br />the recommendations of the staff and Planning <br />Commission; and <br /> <br />~IEP~AS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which <br />time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the <br />proposed development plan; and <br /> <br />~iEPdZAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts <br />in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of negative <br />declarations and environmental impact reports; and <br /> <br />WIIEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council finds that the proposed PUD <br />zoning and development plan approval would not <br />have any significant adverse effects on the environment. <br /> <br />NOW, TIIEREFOPt, THE CITY CO~CIL OF TtIE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the PUD <br /> zoning and development plan approval for an approxi- <br /> mately 250 unit dwelling project on an approximately <br /> 29 acre site located on the north side of Vineyard <br /> Avenue opposite Sauterne Way. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective inmediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
