CITY COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY OF PLEASANTON AL~J4EDA COUNTY, CALIFO~]IA RESOLUTION NO. 82-27 RESOLUTION APPROVING NEGATIVE DECLARATION FCR PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT ZONING AND DEVELOFMENT PLAN APFROVAL FOR A 250 UNIT DWELLING PROJECT ON AN APPROXIb~TELY 29 ACPI SITE LOCATED ON THE NORTti SIDE OF VINEYAP~ AVENUE OPPOSITE SAUTERNE WAY ~IEREAS, at its meeting of January 26, 1982, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for PUD zoning and development plan approval for a 250 unit dwelling project on an approximately 29 acre site located on the north side of Vineyard Avenue opposite Sauterne Way; and WIIEREAS , the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated December 11, 1981 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and ~IEP~AS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; and ~iEPdZAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of negative declarations and environmental impact reports; and WIIEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed PUD zoning and development plan approval would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment. NOW, TIIEREFOPt, THE CITY CO~CIL OF TtIE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the PUD zoning and development plan approval for an approxi- mately 250 unit dwelling project on an approximately 29 acre site located on the north side of Vineyard Avenue opposite Sauterne Way. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective inmediately upon its passage and adoption.
