CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-26 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION CONSOLIDATING CERTAIN VOTING PRECINCTS <br />WITHIN THE CITY OF PLEASANTON FOR THE UPCOMING <br />MUNICIPAL ELECTION ON APRIL 13, 1982 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City of Pleasanton, on April 13, 1982, will hold a Municipal <br /> Election to vote into office two City Council seats; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, For this election, it is planned to use an automated ballot <br /> tabulation system, thus negating the need for small precincts <br /> when ballots had to be counted by hand. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The City Council approves consolidation of the following <br /> precincts for said April 13, 1982, Municipal Election as <br /> follows: <br /> <br />Precinct 52120, Precinct 52071, and Precinct 52072 <br /> <br />Section 2.
