CITY COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 82-23 APPROVAL OF FINAL MAP AND I}~ROVEMENT PLANS FOR TRACT 4372, CARRIAGE GARDENS, AND APPROVAL OF A QUITCLAIM DEED FROM THE CITY TO ERNEST AND IRENE PESTANA FORAN EASEMENT NO LONGER NEEDED BY THE CITY WHEREAS, a final subdivision map and improvement plan for Tract 4372, Carriage Gardens, have been submitted and checked by the Engineering staff and the necessary inspection fees, bonds and agreements received by the Director of Public Works and Utilities; and WttEREAS, said map and improvement plans were reviewed by the City Council at its meeting of January 26, 1982; and WIiEREAS, storm water from the northeastern portion of this subdivision will be piped and appropriate public service easement provided, therefore the existing easement recorded May 29, 1965, Series No. AX 42234, is no longer necessary. NOW, THEP~FOP~, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The final subdivision map and improvement plans for Tract 4372, Carriage Gardens, are hereby approved and accepted and the appropriate City officers are instructed to take whatever action necessary to implement said approval. Section 2: Authorizes the appropriate City officers to execute the Subdivision Agreement for Tract 4372, Carriage Gardens. Section 3: Authorizes the appropriate City officers to execute a Quitclaim deed from the City to Ernest E. Pestaria and Irene F. Pestaria for the easement recorded May 29, 1965, Series No. AX 42234. Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 26, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE:
