CITY COUNCIL OF TNE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COL~TY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-22 <br /> <br />APPROVING CLAIMS FOR THE MONTH OF DECEMBER, 1981 <br />IN THE A~.!OU~IT OF $2,469,086.98 <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />at the City Council meeting of January 26, 1982, a <br />check register summary and Financial Report were <br />presented to the City Council signifying expenditures <br />for the month of December, 1981; and <br /> <br />WtlEREAS, <br /> <br />the payroll and demand checks contained therein <br />were for approved functions of the City of Pleasanton <br />which are necessary and proper expenses of the City. <br /> <br />NOW, TtlEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> Claims represented by Checks Nos. 034817-035189, <br />101-108, 1142, 168 and 348 dated from December 11, <br />1981 to December 29, 1981, in the total amount of <br />$2,469,086.98 are hereby approved. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Financial Report dated December 31, 1981, has <br /> been reviewed and approved by the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall be effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />TNIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 26, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None · NE~R~, M~~YOR <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Kephart <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ATTEST: I . <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM_,: <br /> <br /> <br />
