CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-50 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A MITIGATED NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL OF A <br />VEHICLE MAINTENANCE, STORAGE AND PIPE ASSEMBLY <br />FACILITY ON 2.75 ACRES NEAR THE INTERSECTION <br />OF JOHNSON DRIVE AND STONERIDGE DRIVE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of February 9, 1982, the City Council <br />received a proposed mitigated negative declaration <br />for design review approval of a vehicle maintenance, <br />storage and pipe assembly facility consisting of <br />two structures totalling 20,220 sq. ft. and an open <br />storage area on a 2.75 acre site on the north side <br />of Johnson Drive approximately 400 feet north of <br />its intersection with Stoneridge Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the <br />InitialStudy dated November 30, 1981 and received <br />the recommendations of the staff and Planning <br />Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which <br />time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed <br />development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts <br />in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of mitigated <br />negative declarations and environmental impact <br />reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Initial Study prepared by the City staff <br />indicated that there may be significant impacts <br />upon the environment, but that conditions of approval <br />would render these potential impacts insignificant; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council finds that based upon the review <br />of the Initial Study, and the testimony and documentary <br />evidence presented at the public hearing that there <br />may be significant impacts on the environment, but <br />that conditions listed in Section 1 as mitigations <br />render these potential impacts insignificant; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />
