WHEREAS WHEREAS WHEREAS WHEREAS WtIEREAS , WHEREAS, CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFOP~IIA RESOLUTION NO. 82-44 ACCEPTANCE OF DEEDS FOR TP~CT 4863, SANTA RITA INDUSTRIAL PARK the developer of Tract 4863, Santa Rita Industrial Park, was required by conditions of approval of the Tentative Map to assist the City in obtaining parcels of land for purposes of street right-of-way, storm. drainage easement and public service easement; and the City is in receipt of a Grant Deed from Walter G. Panganiban, et al. to the City for a street right-of-way; and the City is in receipt of a Grant Deed from The Roman Catholic Bishop of Oakland to the City for a street right-of-way; and the City is in receipt of a Grant of Easement from Sid Corrie, Jr., et al. to the City for a storm drainage easement for construction of the storm drainage outfall line to the Arroyo Mocho; and the City is in receipt of a Grant of Easement from J. A. Jenks, Inc. to the City for purposes of a public service easement for public utilities; and at its meeting of February 9, 1982, the City Council received a report from the Director of Public Works and Utilities indicating that the acceptance of these four deeds is in the public interest; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY CODICIL OF TIlE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The Grant Deed from Walter G. Panganiban, et al. to the City of Pleasanton for property to be used as a street right-of-way is hereby accepted. Section 2: The Grant Deed from The Roman Catholic Bishop of Oakland to the City of Pleasanton for property to be used as a street right-of-way is hereby accepted. Section 3: The Grant of Easement from Sid Corrie, Jr., et al. to the City of Pleasanton for a storm drainage easement for construction of the storm drainage outfall line to the Arroyo Mocho is hereby accepted.
