WHEREAS, CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 82-66 A RESOLUTION ADOPTING PROCEDURES AND GUIDELINES FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE REVISED GROWTH MANAGEMENT PROGRAM (CHAPTER 13 OF TITLE II) the City of Pleasanton has adopted comprehensive revisions to its growth management program contained in Chapter 13 of Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton; and WHEREAS, Section 2-20.08 of the revised Chapter 13 provides for procedures and guidelines to be adopted to implement the ordinance; and ~.~HEREAS, public hearings were held on February 9 and 23, 1982, at which time testimony was heard concerning these guidelines and procedures; and ~a{EREAS, the City Council has determined that these procedures and guidelines conform to the purposes and intent of the revised growth management ordinance; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON P~SOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The Growth Management Procedures and Guidelines attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein in their entirety shall be the procedures to be used and the guidelines to be followed in implementing the Growth Management Program of the City of Pleasanton, as contained in Chapter 13 of Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton. Section 2: This resolution shall supersede any and all prior resolutions implementing the former Residential Allocation Program, and, to the extent the former resolutions have been superseded, they are hereby repealed. Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED FEBRUARY 23, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE:
