~EREAS, WHEREAS, CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA REESOLUTION NO. 82-64 RESOLUTI0~ ~PPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR PREZONING AN APPROXIMATELY 21 ACRE SITE AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF TRENERY DRIVE AND OAKLAND AVENUE TO PUD-MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT at its meeting of February 23, 1982, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for prezoning an approximately 21 acre site at the northeast corner of Trenery Drive and Oakland Avenue, which land is involved in Annexation No. 95, to the PUD-Medium Density Residential District; and the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated December 2, 1981 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed project; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of negative declarations and environmental impact reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed prezoning would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the prezoning of an approximately 21 acre site at the northeast corner of Trenery Drive and Oakland Avenue, which land is involved in Annexation No. 95, to the PUD- Medium Density Residential District.
