CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAmeDA COUNTY, CALIFOP~IA RESOLUTION NO. 82-98 RESOLUTION DECLARING THAT ~EDS, RUBBISH OR REFUSE UPON OR IN FRONT OF CERTAIN DESCRIBED PROPERTIES WITHIN THE CITY OF PLEASANTON CONSTITUTE PUBLIC NUISANCES AND THAT THE SA~ SHALL BE ABATED, AND SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING IN REGAP~ TO SA~ WHEREAS, there is attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein as if fully set forth, a list of properties to which the declaration herein applies; and WHEREAS, said list of properties specifically sets forth street, lot and block numbers according to the official assess- ment map for each piece of property included therein; and WHEREAS , the properties of them, weeds, by §39561.5 of listed therein have, rubbish or refuse, the Government Code; upon or in front such as defined and W]IEREAS, after consideration of evidence, both oral and documentary, it appears clear that said weeds, rubbish or refuse are a public nuisance in that they constitute a fire hazard, or that said materials are noxious or dangerous and, as such, are detrimental to the health, safety and welfare of the City of Pleasanton and, as such, shall be removed; and WHEREAS, it appears that the public nuisances referred to herein are recurrent and seasonal in nature; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: That the weeds, rubbish or refuse upon or in front of the properties described in the list attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein, are declared a public nuisance and are to be abated and removed pursuant to the procedure provided for in §39560,et seq. of the Government Code. Section 2: That the public nuisances described herein are of a seasonal and recurrent nature. Section 3: That on April 6, 1982, at the hour of 8:00 p.m., at the Pleasanton City Council Chambers, 200 Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton, the City Council will hear and consider objections to the abatement and removal of said public nuisance.
