CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-96 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR PETERS AVENUE UNDERGROUND, INSTALLATION OF <br />STORM DRAIN AND ~TATER MAIN, PROJECT NO. 82-8, <br />AND AUTHORIZATION TO CALL FOR BIDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS~ <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his <br />report dated March 16, 1982, advised the City Council <br />that plans and specifications had been completed for <br />Peters Avenue Underground, installation of storm drain <br />and water main, Project No. 82-8, and that said plans <br />have been reviewed by staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, at their meeting of March 23, 1982, <br />reviewed the report of the Director of Public Works <br />and Utilities, dated March 16, 1982, relating to the <br />project. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the plans and specifications for the Peters <br /> Avenue Underground, installation of storm drain and <br /> water main, Project No. 82-8, and allocates an additional <br /> $20,000 to this project. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authorizes the calling of bids for the above project. <br /> <br />Section 3.
