CITY CG ,,CIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASAL_ON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-95 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR <br />CONSULTANT SERVICES WITH TJKM IN CONJUNCTION WITH <br />TRAFFIC SIGNAL PROJECT, SANTA RITA RD. AND MOHR AVE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />one of the Capital Improvement Projects in the 1981-82 <br />fiscal year budget is the installation of traffic signals <br />at the intersection of Santa Rita Road and Mohr Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a proposal for the provision of consultant services in con- <br />junction with the installation of said traffic signal was <br />sought from TJKM, Transportation Consultants, in order to <br />provide necessary design services for the subject traffic <br />signal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, TJKM has been involved in the design of all recent traffic <br /> signal installations in the City of Pleasanton; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a proposed agreement between the City of Pleasanton and TJKM <br />was submitted to the City Council, together with a Staff <br />Report of March 17, 1982; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council considered said Staff Report and proposed <br /> agreement at its meeting of March 23, 1982; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Authorizes the execution by the Mayor, subject to approval <br /> of the City Attorney, of an agreement with TJKM for the pro- <br /> vision of all consultant services necessary to design a <br /> traffic signal installation at Santa Rita and Mohr Avenue <br /> for a fee not to exceed $4,800.00. (Project 82-6) <br /> <br />Section 2.
