CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-92 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT DEED FROM ALBERTA S. KIMBALL <br />FOR STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY PURPOSES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City is in receipt of an offer of dedication <br />from Alberta S. Kimball of a parcel of property <br />for street improvement right-of-way purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 23, 1982, the City Council <br /> received a report from the Director of Public <br /> Works and Utilities indicating that the acceptance <br /> of this dedication is in the pUblic..interest.; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />P1SOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The Grant Deed from Alberta S.
