CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAmeDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-91 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION EXTENDING TENTATIVE MAP FOR TRACT 4781 <br />FOR ONE YEAR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Tentative Map for Tract 4781 was approved on <br />February 17, 1981 and pursuant to the Ordinance <br />Code a final subdivision map must be approved <br />within one year from the date of approving the <br />tentative map; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />because of the high interest rate and uncertain <br />housing market, the developer, Foothill Associates, <br />has asked for a one year extension of the tentative <br />map; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission considered this application <br /> on March 10, 1982 and recomended the one year <br /> extension be granted subject to all conditions <br /> contained in Planning Commfssion Resolution No. <br /> 2143; , / <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY'E:OUNCIL'0~'THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The Tentative Map for Tract 4781 is extended for <br /> one year, subject to all conditions contained in <br /> the staff report to the Planning Commission dated <br /> March 10, 1982. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MARCH 23, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None ~/R,~yO~~R <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Wood <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> ~/~w~~g <br />Brian W.
